FORMS

In the old Chinese art of fighting we know many different training methods, for example the forms. The are the bases of Kung Fu and must never be underestimated. Through the forms, one can develop speed, timing and strength as well as coordination and reflexes, by the two-man forms one can develop also a good distance perception. In the beginning the moves will be perform step by step until a certain form precision has been accomplished.
